Time for another blog hop! Yesterday's hop involved my A Muse upline "cousins" (if you're here for that and came from Lianne's blog scroll down to the next post). We are all lucky to have Krystie as our upline lady.
Today's hop includes a variety of A Muse consultants who connected through the online forum. If you are participating in this blog hop (first of all, congrats because that's a lot of hopping), you should have come from Jeanette's blog and if not, then you should start from the beginning with Samantha's blog until you come to my blog. There are lots of prizes to be won, so leave some comment love!!
Enough nitty gritty.
Do you ever have scraps of adorable paper that you hate to throw away? Well, here's a reason to start hoarding your scraps (did you need one?). You can tape them side-by-side to a piece of scrap paper and die cut a beautiful image. I can't take any credit for this idea though. I saw it on the cover of a Stampin' Up catalog. Brilliant!
I also really wanted to play with A Muse's paper flowers. I'll be honest, I didn't think I'd be a fan of them. Plain, white, boring, blah. But you can make them ANY color you want. To match any paper, ink, copic marker, ribbon, jewel, etc that you want. I personally used the A Muse ink pads to color mine, but you can also use Copic markers and other mediums as well. From a girl who loves to "match" colors, I'm sold. Plus the flowers are thin and you get a bunch in a single pack!
Enough words. Here's my card
stamp: A Muse "just for you"
ink: A Muse ocean, grass, latte, & french roast
other: Papertrey die cut, A Muse flowers, A Muse twinkle sticker clear
If you are inspired to shop, my webstore is now open! I have 5 more A Muse cards to share with you here, so start "following" and come on back to see the goodness.
okay, now you're off to Veronica's blog

Cute paper piecing! What a fun card, Kari!
Great use of small pieces of precious paper! Love your card!,
Wow, this card is gorgeous Kari! So you colored those flowers with the ink. Yeah, I love the idea of using the ink pad versus Copic marker. And love the scrap pieces of paper with the die!
great card, love the use of the scraps. I'll have to give that a try.
You've been busy! Great card, great idea!
Loving the color combination and the use of patterned paper strips. The flowers are cool too. I haven't played with mine and I didn't know how they would look with color on them. I'm pleasantly surprised. Did you use ink around the edges to distress it up some? Love that!
What a clever way to use different designer papers... lovely!
I can borrow this idea. I have a mountain of scraps.
Just look at all of the rich colors together like this! So pretty. Makes for an eye catching card!
What a gorgeous card! I love it! Very very pretty!
Wow-wee Kari! You out did yourself again today with another gorgeous card!! Love the idea for scraps cuz heaven knows I have enough to last an eternity!!
Love the colors!
Love those papers on this pretty card!
This a great idea for my "scrap box.\" which is full of treasures too rare to throw out. Love the blue dot strip with the scalloped edge (or maybe it's the solid brown with the solid edge).
Adding that little scallop in your paper strips is wonderful! I love this technique! Such a pretty card!
Sweet! Fun way to use some different papers, great colors!
yea! I love it when I can you those bits up...I hate to throw out any Amuse paper!
What a great idea! I love the effect. Great job!
Those flowers are so perfectly colored. I'll have to try out using ink + flower! -Amber
Very cool how you used the die
Great use of scraps and love the color combination.
awesome!
Aaugh...I don't want a reason to save scraps...who has room for all of them! Your card certainly makes a great case for keeping them. I love the shape you selected... and the white edging makes it all pop!
this is a great card! The colors blend well even though they are all so different. What a great idea to piece the scraps together to make something new. I never throw scraps away! Thanks for sharing!
I like this card--simple is my style too.

adorable, I LOVE it!!! Thanks for participating in the hop!
Great use of scraps -- but you created a wonderful color palette here. The brown polka dot row could almost be ribbon!
My resistance to yet another crafting machine is wearing thin...that adorable die cut is NOT helping LOL! Super cute!
STUNNING! These colors are absolutely DIVINE together! Fab!! TFS! :)
Pretty card! Like the edging that is a bit distressed! Great job!!
