sailboat

These were thank you cards that I used for my son's 1st birthday party. A family friend made these as cupcake flags for his baby shower. She had extras so I saved them, cut off the toothpick sticking out of the bottom, and popped them up with mounting tape.

stamps: Stampin Up! "Thank you very much"
ink: VersaFine onyx black

lisa's shower thank you

One of my favorite things to do when I throw a shower is to make thank you cards that match the invite to give the guest of honor. Since I already have the guests' addresses on mailing labels, I just print an extra set, affix them to an envelope, and add return address labels with the guest of honor's address. That way the wife/mom-to-be only has to write the thank you notes and stick stamps on the envelopes.

These are the matching thank you cards that I made for Lisa. They are very simple.
stamp: Amuse Little Giraffe, Stampin' Up! "thank you"
ink: Impress chocolate

lisa's shower invite

I made this card for a baby shower I'm throwing for my friend, Lisa. She and her husband, Jon, are waiting to find out what gender their baby will be. Lisa has always loved giraffes and they make cute designs for babies. Plus the gorgeous crib bedding will have some accents of bright yellow.

ink: Impress sunshine yellow and chocolate
other: Renaissance Ribbon 5mm chocolate brown gingham ribbon

mitten card

I made a 5 pack of these Christmas cards awhile back. They are definitely proof that I like simple. The holly leaf is raised with foam mounting tape.

baseball card

I didn't make this card, but it was too cute not to share. Plus "manly" cards are few and far between. My brother got this card for his birthday, just days before his baseball themed house-warming and birthday party.
