papertrey february blog hop challenge

I just LOVED the layout and the colors of Jo's card, so I did my best to recreate it for the Papertrey February Blog Hop Challenge. This month the challenge was scallops, so I think it fits the bill.

stamp: Papertrey Ink cupcake pieces, background dots, & "make a wish"
ink: ColorBox frost white & dune, VersaColor opera pink, VersaFine onyx black
other: Papertrey Ink scallop die cut, ribbon, jewel stickers
