Here's a Christmas card that my friend, Aimee made for one of our ladies card nights.  I found this with my stash of cards.  I'm pretty traditional with my Christmas colors, but I really like the pink in this card.

I thought I would share a Christmas card that I located in my craft space overhaul.  It was made by my friend Kathy.  She puts such amazing detail into every single card that she constructs.  Each card is worthy of being framed!

This card was also discovered in my craft space overhaul.  It was made by my former Impress coworker, Jen.  She is über talented in anything crafty.  She makes stunning cards, hires out for scrapbook layouts and production, and now works for Stampin' Up!  This girl has talent!!

Here's the last of the Halloween cards from our Ladies Cards Night.  I stole this idea from Kelli too.  So simple  yet so stunning.

Tonight I'll be out with my little ones.  I'm that dorky mom who dresses the family up in a theme.  This year we have a zoo theme: tiger, giraffe, monkey, and zoo keepers.

What are you up to tonight?  Trick or Treating with little ones?  Passing out candy?  Turning off the lights and pretending you aren't home?

As soon as I saw the inspiration photo for the Papetrey Blog Hop challenge, I knew I had to make another rainbow card.  The little dress up clothes, boots, toys, and books had me thinking of my little munchkins and how much they love cupcakes.  So here it is: rainbows & cupcakes.

Earlier this month I held an a|s workshop with my new stamp friend, Julia, where I met some amazing women.  After the party, Julia gave me a little thank you gift.  One of the gifts was this beautiful banner sticker.  I was waiting to use it on just the right card and here it is.


If you don't have a banner sticker you can always use the a·muse|studio banner die cut (p. 99).  I know it's on my wish list.  I can't wait to use it with fabric like this adorable sticker.  Thanks again Julia!

Here's another stash of old cards that I came across.  The first two are Stampin' Up! cards that I made with my friend, Mandy.  The last two cards are ones that I made with Impress and/or Savvy stamps.  I always need reminders of a layouts.  I have a tendency to get in layout ruts.  

What about you?  Did you tend to stick to the same layout or same colors?  Or do create a different card every time?

Papertrey Ink is having a color scheme challenge and the winnings are too great to pass up.  Plus, I haven't crafted in awhile.  For my second card, I used these colors from Papertrey: ripe avocado, ocean tides, vintage cream, and dark chocolate.

Do you ever have a card that looks better in your head than what you actually produced? Or what about the card where you planned to do one thing, but you messed up and instead of starting over, you "work with the mistake" and you should have just bagged it? That was this card.
