We were off the see the pediatrician, so I wanted to bring along a small thank you for him and his staff.  My girlfriend recently introduced me to these little pouches.  You seal an A2 envelope, cut off the top, cover the top with paper, stamp the bottom, then crimp the large part so the paper-covered lid fits over it easily.

The fence is a sticker roll, it was so easy to just peel it off and stick!  There was no punching or trying to glue little pieces, it was great.
